Mars Applefest

In 2010, the Rich-Mar Rotary has accepted sponsorship of the annual Mars Applefest which will take place on October 2, 2010 in downtown Mars from 10am until 4 pm.

Vendor Policy

1.  All 2009 vendors will be given the opportunity to reserve a space through June 30.

2.  We will accept new vendor applications starting July 1 on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.  We reserve the right to limit duplicate booths.

4. IMPORTANT NOTE:  All email requests from NEW VENDORS sent prior to July 1 WILL BE DISCARDED.

5. Vendor applications are available through the email address listed below. 

6. All email applications must include name, address, phone, email address and service/item you would like to offer.  You will not receive a response if all this information is not included.

7. Booth locations are not guaranteed from year to year.  Such requests cannot be honored.

You or your organization must first email the above address to request a vendor application.  If you are a first time vendor - this must be done AFTER July 1, 2010.

Once approved as a vendor, you will receive a map that will identify your space.  More information can be obtained below.
